I havent been to Sim Lim SQ in a while, is there any shop that has a wide range of casings and displays them so that you will be able to see the whole range by just browsing?

Cos i know some shops they only have the packaging box out, so u cant really tell how it really looks like, and i wouldnt want to trouble the sales person by opening a boxed set.

edit: ohh forgot to narrow down the type of case;

1)Small/Compact
2)Will be inserting a Micro ATX Mobo
3)Will be inserting a Hydro Series H80i GT
4)Only 1 HDD
5)One low profile GFX
6)Have my own PSU

Dream case would be NZXT s340, but shorter would be great.

Yaa thats why... i thought so too. Means really need to depend on my researching at home first.

Ok will check them out.

This becomes a problem because the individual shops do not have a web catalog which would really help because u can see like an array of 6X6 case images on the website. Something like PCCaseGear dot com. Makes the job easier if U can browse thru.

I will also look at YouTube video reviews of casing I am looking at, they mostly show enough of it to make a judgement. Then I also visit forums that host threads about such a casing to see more close up user photos to get even more gauge how it will look with every parts assembled and to hear of any quirks during Assembly

Most branded casing got review. Is easier to order online, dun need to carry back. Even if u research go sim lim may still out of stock so have a backup list or order online

Right now, Videopro has the biggest store space... there are quite a number of PC case being displayed.. the store is so big i feel it's a real waste of space, and wonder how much higher the rent is than others.

The boss is a millionaire, I don't think the shops are rented.

Fuwell, PC Themes and Best Prices got their chassis laid nicely in their stores...
