you can DIY lol!
1) go to sammobile.com, create an account and download a KitKat firmware for your phone and then unzip the package
2) download Odin 3.09
3) on Odin 3.09 double click on AP and browse to the firmware (it's in a md5.tar file)
4) switch off your phone. press volume down + home + power until you see the Download mode page, then press volume up to confirm
5) plug USB cable in
6) when you see a blue box that reads ID:COM3 or something on ODIN, it means your device is recognised, otherwise you need to download Samsung drivers
7) click Start and let Odin flash for you
8) once done unplug your phone, it will be in a bootloop because you downgrade from Lollipop to KitKat
9) simply switch off the phone, then press volume up + home + power to enter stock Recovery
10) use volume keys to navigate to Factory Reset and confirm. then reboot.
11) takes maybe 5 - 15 minutes? your phone will reboot into stock KitKat
