Shops to recommend

Hi,
I am new to his site. Recommended by my friend to come here to seek help. Recently my computer unable to boot into windows, keep going into the BIOS page. What could be the possible causes for it? Or is there any shops to recommend that I can go to?

1. Hard disk issue (or corrupted boot drive)
2. Sata port cannot be detected issue (could be wire or sata port from either mobo or hdd side)

Either way, if you're not well verse with pc hardware troubleshooting, would suggest you to bring to Sim Lim Square #02-32, a back lot shop called PC Care and Solution and find Nigel. He will help you troubleshoot.

Sorry to hijack.
Is the shop open on Sunday?
My computer is unable to post.
I tried clearing cmos, resit battery, resit ram, resit cpu but nth works.

I need to test my psu and ram to see if it's a motherboard issue.
