Short Graphics card recommendation

I am using the silverstone cube casing (http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=182&area=en)

and the graphics card cannot be longer than 9.5” (or 23cm)

currently using sapphire radeon 6670 and seems to be having some issue so thinking of replacing the graphics card...but seems like not much choice for me..

6670 -> 260 is a downgrade or similar...
960 is an upgrade but pricing a bit high..($300 plus)

was looking at a budget of around $200 actually..

every model comes with a short card option ? having problem trying to know what card people are selling in forum..thinking of getting a resale one to minimise cost..

260x is definitely a upgrade

If not gaming often no need gtx960...

I would recommend something like gtx970 mini. A bit cheaper than normal 970 and performance around there. Not sure if singapore have anot.....

I do not think a GTX970 mini is cheaper than a normal GTX970. A normal GTX970 is still cheaper.
