Short Term Endowment / Retirement Quotes

Hi Agents

I am looking for 2 quotations.

1)Short Term Endowment Plan for a 74yr old male, ns. Total sum investing 50k. I am not sure if there are any lump sum plans with 5yrs maturity. Worst case, he is willing to sign up for pay 5yrs, mature 10yrs. Importantly must have capital guaranteed or guaranteed is higher den capital

2) Retirement Plan for male, anb27, ns. Budget is about 2700/yr, payment period 20yrs. Min. Retirement payout 6k/yr from 60-75yrs old.

Bumps. Finding any alternatives for the endowment? Or shld I recommend him to just put into fixed deposit

AhPek_Lion, I think a 10 years maturity plan is too long for a 74 years old male. Stick to a FD would be better. Just make sure he don't get upsell into some risky instruments when opening a FD in the bank.
