Short Term Savings

Hi all, I'm looking for a short term savings(3-5years). Yes i know it is a very short plan but is there any better way to save than to put in fixed-deposit plan or for example POSB SAYE(Save-As-You-Earn) ?

I already have another savings plan set aside for 15 years, just want to have opinions on if i want to have another savings plan for short term, what should i do or who should i look for?
