Internet has great influence among the youngs. If U ask around, many kids want to be like MrBeast.....rich , influential n not having to work n study hard. That's what my elder told me. No need to study just be utuber or blogger to be rich n famous šŸ˜…

Not really.. then how you explain that our SPF managed to catch some from the telegram app? I believe our government force telegram to provide the information
Our telegram ID is linked to a mobile number. How can it be private? Maybe its private when you message someone in a private window. And only you and him or her see the message. Its only between both of you. And the other party doesn't report you for anything illegal.

If you post in a public group for example, your ID is linked to your mobile number which is of course linked to your identity is displayed. All your messages are public. Telegram confirm has the ability to link your ID to mobile number. Unless they refuse to divulge to authorities during investigations. Not hard to find out our identity.

Or even in a private group, u post something illegal, they can link your ID to your mobile too. If someone in the group betrays you, you will get exposed too.

Yes.
Control the bad ppl not the items.
Else we can go back stone age.
No car ( reckless driving)
No booze ( drink driving, bad behaviour)
No bicycles ( France de tour sg)
No cigs.. etc
Might as well jitao ban money too, since it is supposedly the root of all evils.

I'm using telegram. It's a good tool to communicate.

Just another alternative tool compared to the big brothers app.

On the internet, you can never hide when it comes to crimes especially pedo or drugs.

So I believe most people who use telegram are the law abiding ones.
I have already seen links to other telegram chat groups that sells illicit stuff ranging from vaping, date rate drugs to even stuff that Amos Yee will love. Gambling and vice activities are considered very mild in telegram.

haha, i said privacy, not anti-arrest/ anti-police. all those TG groups even if it's 'invite-only', surely SPF can manage to sneak in, its not that hard. Anything that has to do with illegal of course any gov can request to provide info lol. its whether the admins of the respective groups are smart enough to use mules/ burner accounts or not to evade the authorities. for every illegal channel/ group on TG that ends up getting caught, there are hundreds more that get away scott free/ cycle the group name/handles. the ones that got caught are the lousy ones haha.
