Am also looking to upgrade to Ryzen 3700X. However was considering if 3200Mhz CL16 or 3600Mhz CL16 from G.Skill Trident Z. The latter was no where to be found.

Techpower up has a gaming test with 3200C14 and 3600C17

And found the performance to be 0.3% difference. IMO, 3600 speed is a sweet spot for Zen 2 but it's not a huge difference with 3200.

Buy from Newegg. Get the new Neo series.

As for performance difference, every tech site has posted comparative benchmarks and videos. Please try to do at least a little bit of research.
