do u guys tink it will help me advance my programming skills? I just started learning ruby and this one seems to be the right fit. as in covers a lot, will get to build a site like udemy.

if you're still studying or simply bored at work I would suggest using stackoverflow.com you can learned a lot and at same time share your knowledge. This will advance your problem solving skill... by solving other people programming problems. No such thing as wizzy in programming you need to invest in "experience" alternatively work with SME's company that always tight on delivery/schedule, You'll learn to cheat your way to finish projects on time (pressure sometimes good in your case).

You dont need to be "Jack of all trades" mastering 1 or 2 is better than learning none. Whenever I work on new programming language I always compare those on what I learned on previous or similar I used.
