Every year drive only 5,000 km…..all our activities around 2km from my home…..thinking of selling cos driving is troublesome due to finding parking or risk of getting into accident….
Any advice?

Mine fully paid too. I think I can get at least $80k if I sell the car….but no use for $80k.

Put in shares or FD is still better than a depreciating asset that is rarely used.. might generate enough interest to cover Ur whole year public transport.

Having a cat is useful for emergency or going for suppers.
