Jb landlords charge much lesser than sg landlords i supposed? somemore able to hire locals manpower to work for you (not like sg so many restriction).

Horizon Hills that place overall is a nice place to live in, BUT:
1) You must have a car because it is not convenient without car.
2) It is safer because it is a gated community, BUT I heard people's house still had been broken into before.

And "The Gateway" is one of the earliest tranche launched and the Terrace House original launch price is very cheap! So don't overpay!

If you need to pay min RM 1 Million, don't buy Gateway because those units are generally smaller (land size 32x70 ft if I did not remember wrongly) and not worth RM 1 Million. Last time my friend told me only worth RM800k.

For RM 1 Million you could look at those Cluster house in The Green etc (which is like Semi-D with small piece of land on 1 side) and has land size 35x80 ft (I think - please double check).

I can confirm such burglary based on what my friend told me. Still, such incidents are rare (compared to those landed houses without double-gated security elsewhere).
