Should I Upgrade?

I don't quite understand one thing.
Was browsing MSI website, there's the GTX770 Lightning and the GTX770 TF OC, both are 2GB. I understand OC means overclock so what kind of difference should I expect?

Oc means that the card came out of the box already overclocked speed. Unlike the stock. Example stocked gtx7XX 1000mhz. Go thru msi or any other gpu maker with their special cooler design slightly overclocked at 1050mhz. With more power phrases etc.

But yes r9 280x is a good buy.
