The Seasonic M12II ought to be able to last a few years more, unless it has been badly abused.
The RAM can be reused, and a good idea considering the current DDR3 prices (price gouging a**h***es from a particular part of the world).
I suggest that TS do this:
1. Get a new GPU and try it out.
2. If the CPU is a major bottleneck, try some NB overclocking, since the Athlon II does not have an unlocked multiplier.
