Its meaningless to upgrade since the rig is able to manage the games or things you use it for. Moreover, it is not a good time to purchase rams since they are really pricey now. It is your money, so you gotta make the decision.

Intel cpu r affected by Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities and ram prices r sky high... Intel has announced silicon-based fixes for its upcoming processors this year, wait till then upgrade, ram price might come down by then too...
