eg. prices starts 100k higher. kids get 100k rebates..
once you have kids can get refund

I turned 35 in Jan last year. Started to ballot from the Feb bto exercise. Managed to secure a unit in the October bto exercise with a good Q.

While I do understand why single limited to 2rm because with a 3/4 room means higher cost which is also about affordability.
But the age limit should be reduced and do away with the ballot game, since can only get 2 room

If single can ballot for 3/4 room, at 35, do you really still want to play the bto game with young couple? At least 2 room the competition only between singles and senior
