Hi All,

Can i have some advise on the following problem?
im not sure whats the actual problem (seems like some muscle imbalance and mobility issue).

Tried to kiap my shoulders as close to my body as possible but one side is always closer than to the other no matter how hard i tried.

Front of Right shoulder pain when i narrow my grip on the bar.

Please advise!
Would like to continue squatting without injuring myself.

Thanks!

Suggest finding out how to improve glenohumeral stability (commonly by working out muscles in the rotator cuff)

I imagine the ball of your humeral head shifting slightly forward (anteriorly) each time you get into that position.
