So basically SG telecoms don't allow you to toggle "Show caller ID settings". Well I went to taiwan in Jan and when i was on their network my itchy finger went to TURN OFF "Show caller ID".
The moment i came back, I couldn't make any calls out, the moment you dial a number it goes straight to call failed. Took me forever to find a workaround.
Basically i had to - Settings> show caller id settings> let it auto load for 5s > it will automatically turn on (it is default off on my phone)> THEN I'LL be able to make a call -.-
I've lived with this inconvenience for more than half a year now, getting used to it. Problem is Im getting the new iPhone and I'm worried a back up will transfer this stupid setting across too.................... and i have to... i don't wna lose my content.
ANYONE HAS ANY SOLUTIONS PLEASE SHARE PLEASE. I've tried everything. reset network settings. call singtel. call apple. visit apple. TILTED MY STUPID ITCHY FINGERS
