You have to SSH, into de phone, look for the application folder/iTODAY, then replace the file name iTODAY.png. thats it......

you have to create the icon with a transparent background and save it as a .png, best is use photoshop to do it.

They basically manages your themes, but winterboard is a tad better i feel.

Summerboard - For 1.1.4 and below
Winterboard - For 2.x and above
