simple! just ssh into /Library/Themes
edit the file wallpaper.png ^_^

Hi,

For me I SSH in, go into the folder of this theme, I simply removed the Wallpaper.png file and the backgrounds becomes black. Only found out after trial and error.

Also, the names of the icons will not be seen after you removed it. You need to go cydia and download another program to change the font to white or any color you need.

Modified Damino Theme

Here's mine. Can't remember where I got the wallpapers from though.

Damino Theme by Anjuna. Meter battery theme by mr-iphone. Both can be found on Deviant Art.
Some modifications for both.

Infact you can mix and match with other nice themes out there to suit to your preferences. Once you get the right mix, you won't look at other themes anymore, lol.

I end up with this as i like to keep it simple yet sophisticated

If you want a leather patch, you can get a full range colors in Temi Frau's /private/ folder. Their filenames are "_icon-xxx.png."

Gotta re-size accordingly.
