Show off your Springboard !

can someone tell me what did i missed out to get the weather and calender widget to work ? I already SSH homescreen widget, weather widget and calender widget into my Theme folder via WINSCP but i only can get the homescreen widget to work where a new sms, new mail will be displayed but not the weather and calender to work. Having ticked the 1day weather and calender from winterboard and do a respring/reboot still the same problem.

Can i said with Customize, i dont need the winter board App any more?

nope, not really. customisation allows u to change the original grpahics/icons/sounds and so now... for example as posted by some users here they have widgets(homescreen,weather,calendar) and also javascript-ed wallpapers. i dun tink u can do it without winterboard though.

also, winterboard allows u to try out ur custom themes(by combining themes u like, for me, i combined foxteh, world in 24 with my own wallpaper and Wall.E together) without altering the original files. if it dun work out well, jus "untick" it in ur winterboard. its a much safer approach.

however, winterboard does slows down our iphone~

1. Download http://files.lesterchan.net/uploads/homescreen_1dayweather_calendar.rar
2. Upload it to your Themes folder
3. Activate the theme in your WinterBoard

You can just edit the LockBackground.html and remove

Hey dude i did wat ya teach me. edit the lock background and remove tt but then now my date 29th got a png tt show a Qs mark (duno png).
May i noe hw do i remove tt?
Btw with ur brillant calendar and the intel screen and wallpaper.html, will it drain my battery?
