You can go to here/ on your iPhone and just scroll down, tap/double tap the screen wallpaper your interested in then hold and save it to your photos roll. After that you can apply it as your new wallpaper.

Edit: just to avoid confusion.... my theme is running on 3gs, ios 3.1.2
I think sneggg tested the LG-Lockslider on i4,ios4 and it doesn't work.... will hang!!

you need to install lockinfo first then in cydia look for "lexs mod teehanlax"
