How come the tutorials I ready must open SSH and then use what WINSCP to move the folder from PC to iPhone

thats the manual way of inserting themes into your jailbroken iphone.
the simpler way is to install from cydia

my home screen is using the iVillian Theme. it's totally 2 different thing from the teehanlax lockinfo.

same what lol what's the diff?

only diff is 1 uses cable another uses wireless.

ssh you need to install OpenSSH from cydia,
ifunbox need to install afc3add from cydia...

both also need almost the similar steps

I install from cydia on my Iphone 3GS....LOL
The theme can be preview before u download and install.Maybe sometime need to wait a while to load the preview option.
Mine 4.0.1 version just jailbreak a few day.

actually now i did try the one from the website and manually plug in the theme in winterboard. . but it seems like when i on it. . it is blank? lol

i revert to the one using v1.5 from cydia. . seems like it is working now . . but prob my calendar is always open . . i cant seem to minimize it. . if there is sms coming in . . i only see SMS (1) . . i cant maximax that part to see the content. . is it normal? weird

shouldn't be blank lol... have you installed the lockinfo?

the one from cydia a lot of problem lol.. dont even try it..
