Did you see the black box below the white apple logo? Normally it has wordings inside it. How come mine don't have? My iOS is 4.0.1.

You have to manually customize your icons with the templates provided for you in the zip file.

You need to put a folder there with the same name as what is inside the icon folder provided in the theme in order to have the name appearing there. Example: Games, Misc, Apps etc.

For buuf fans, i got a problem to ask. I also asked in modmyi forum, but no response yet.

i copied the com.apple.springboard into my buuf2 extra theme, but the small icons for the status bar on top still wont appear buufed

1) Only the speaker icon for mute and unmute appears, so im wondering could it be the name for those individual icon is wrong? Could it be the name for those individual icon is wrong?

2) And also how do i remove the black square shadow behind my five dock icons below? It comes default with the buuf2 theme i downloaded, i find it abit irritating.

ok i'm assuming u're on iOS4.1? If its so, then u got the namings all wrong...
iOS4 themeing for status bar has changed in naming...

this is what i got from a tutorial thread in MMI (credits to the author)

Wifi / Signal bars
Ok, back to the main folder My_theme
Create a folder called UIImages (case sensitive)
Create an icon 19 x 20 and save as
Black_0_Bars.png - being no reception
Black_1_Bars .png ---
Black_2_Bars.png -----
Black_3_Bars.png I’m sure you can guess the rest
Black_4_Bars.png ----------
Black_5_Bars.png - being full reception

Now do the exact same thing expect call them
Silver_0_Bars.png ? Silver_5_Bars.png

Don’t know why...just do it ?

To change the wifi logo
Create and image 21 x 21 and save as
Black_0_WifiBars.png --- no wifi
Black_1_WifiBars.png
Black_2_WifiBars.png
Black_3_WifiBars.png --- max wifi
Then again, same thing but named as
Silver_X_WifiBars.png

alternatively, u can try BUUF4 _BabaBuufey_.theme from cydia
take a look at the UIImages folder... it has the correct naming for status bar icons

For iPhone4 (can use as some tips or guides)

For iOS4 (more for the overlays prob u have on ur dock icons.)
