change the var locale = (find the city number using yahoo weather)

dont u think so? just change the background wallpaper to black and u have the same effect (of course the text must be in white)

ssh into your device.
go into var>stash>themes>(the theme you wanna change eg: revi-krs)
depending on the theme you're gonna change either weather.html or in the case of revi-krs, you gotta copy both lockbackground.html and wallpaper.html to the desktop.
then edit them.
change the var locale = '1062617' and var isCelsius = true
then delete the one on the phone and replace with the one you edited.

those are springjumps icons which I edited. Like Erzz said they are png files.

i just installed the theme same as yours but how to change the weather icon from montreal to singapore. me noob here. Thanxx.

the setup instructions are included in the theme package, under Setup&Extras. look at the jpg file.

please use Yahoo WOEID for your location. if in Singapore "1062617"

err that one very simple.
just set a lockscreen wallpaper via the normal method.
go into photos>choose one>then set as lockscreen.
after that just repsring and it will be there.
