No way. But u can set a mp4 file. Try vwallpaper.

Yes. you need to Jailbreak yr Iphone before you can customize yr Lockscreen or themes. However, IOS 5 right now only have tethered Jailbreak instead of untethered

There r hundreds of theme and setting for springboard. It's never ending. You can DIY own icon to replace.

Winterboard is only one of them. To what I know, there's dreamboard and bosspaper.

Hi bro. Problem solved after cracking head for hours. I did a folder to active as a bundle in winterboard.
