Can anyone tell me how is the construct of the wires to either the connector plug or earpiece? I think I have damaged so many, usually, I will coil the wires around the phone and put into pocket, after a few months, it will break internally and become one sided sound ><

It is not recommended to coil the earphones around the player and keep into the pocket as it will increase the chances of the wire breaking inside. The recommended way is to keep them in the case provided when not using them. But that doesn't guarantee that they will not spoil as every individual have different usuage method. Personally have a pair of Shure and I always keep them in the case provided with the earphones. They are still working fine. :)

My shure just spoilt on me a few days ago. The left side does not produce any sound. It is still under warranty. May I know where can I send it for servicing and can I have their tel no. and operating hours as well? Thanks.
