I bought from them before, have to say their customer service is excellent. Warranty is also provided by Ban Leong (cos I went to BL to RMA as well )

Yup. But mouse collection is at their lv 3 shop at Funan. Owner was pretty friendly.

I had QC issues with my Chroma though. My first one died after 1 wk, and they exchanged for me even though it was my 9th day (the policy is 7 day 1:1 exchange). The next mouse had some issues too so I went down to BL. BL said the mouse wasn't registered with them. So I panicked and called the shop. It turns out the replacement mouse was too new so Razer SG didn't register it yet or something. But within 15mins they managed to settle it with Razer & Ban Leong and I managed to get my second replacement from BL.

Overall, I'm impressed with the shop, but less impressed with the Chroma itself

But at S$69 can't complain so much la hor

The more blinks it has, the easier for the LED to go faulty.

Which in my honest opinion, RGB mouse and keyboards will tend to have certain LED to fail after prolong usage.
