Siem Reap - lodging and tour guide

Hello everybody,

I need a place with two separate bedrooms in Siem Reap where we are planning to go on second week of December. At the same time I do not want to pay more than $80/night. Any advice?

Also the question regarding tour guides - any recommended one based on personal experience?
