* "Rates are subject to change without prior notice"

Anyone knows the previous lead times given when changing the interest rates (1 month in advance)?

Importantly, will there be email/SMS sent from SIF to customers to inform on any interest rate change?

Thanks for sharing. Sounds good after CIMB Fastsaver interest dip.

If i read it correctly, able to create account online via myinfo and fast in / out.

75k SDIC covered, no early account closure, EIR 1.065% (100k) / 1.053% (75k)
~$20+/mth extra (100k) compared to CIMB FS

Bro Devilsire said extra $20 if deposit 100k vs cimb 100k.

$20 can pay my SingTel phone bill.

Worth?

I think worth it especially if you have two accounts at CIMB since deposit only protected until 75k.

Singlife is a bit better at 1.1x% EIR at both $75,000 and $100,000.

just went to take a look, but it stated

*Note that the 2.5% crediting rate is not guaranteed. The Singlife Account is an insurance savings plan. It is neither a bank savings account nor fixed deposit.

means what huh :s11:

ok after reading through briefly, i'll suggest have both instead :s13:

Singlife
10k 2.5% 20.83

SIF
75k 1.053% 65.81
100k 1.065% 88.75
110k 1.068% 97.90
160k 1.093% 145.73

Unless one really needs the 105% retrenchment/insurance benefits, 10k into singlife and any extra into SIF to maximise returns. Or first 10k in singlife, 75k SIF and balance in Singlife if one's risk adverse
