Think this is a common issue where data isn't ๐Ÿ”„ despite having almost full, wondering why like that?

Usually happened in underground or crowded places

you're referring to Eight right? They are 4G only, and they are considered budget version of Starhub. Their bandwidth is much lesser than Starhub, heavily throttled during peak hours. Same goes to my zym singtel mvno

If simba , or eight cmi. Then you need to get the 3 main telcos. Singtel starhub and M1.

M1 for example, if you are eligible for CIS, sim only plan $14.95/mth got 200gb and free caller id, free 5G SA

Isn't the 5gsa factored in the cost?
Thought it have a price $2 but cannot remove to reduce price by that $2

Signal is signal, bandwidth is bandwidth. Eg. Your fiber broadband has good optical signal but you subscribe to 500 Mbps cannot expect 2Gbps speed.

There are different layers of communication to make an actual communication. Cellphone signal is just one of the (lower) layers.
