Silent mini itx casing

Are there any good mini itx casings for:
1. Being quite silent (i will try to use Be Quiet fans)
2. Easy to install/replace parts and fit most gpu.
3. Reliable heat dissipation
4. Easily available locally
5. Not overly expensive
