SIM card recovery service

Guys, I replaced my sim card with SH weeks ago when it was found faulty.
I realized later that I lost some contacts I stored inside the old sim.
How can retrieve the data? Any service out there can do the job?
Does SH do recovery of my ex sim?

How come this post is in this section? Because of storage? I think best you shift this to the mobile section.
