SIM changed my admission results??

Hi..
I received my admission yesterday, only the SIMconnnect portal tht I saw the offer. So I was supposed to wait for the contract to be emailed to me before I can acceept the course.

Then today, I re login, and realized the status is back to 'submitted'. wtf doesnt even make sense? I only saw it now, emailed them. Hopefully they will get back to me earlier. I don't think they can/should just change the status like that right??

Did anyone faced the same problem before??

If you managed to screenshot, send it to them. Don't accept excuses such as they "accidentally offered". If they try to argue, tell them that an offer made should not be revoked, and that you had already rejected another university when you saw their offer.

Hey guys; thanks for the replies and concern. They emailed back just telling me to wait for the admission email and did not answer my question regarding why they changed my status. They did say they are revising the contract already and would be sending out soon. I couldnt explain further to them as I had work just now.

After work I logged into portal and voila everything there again. Accepted the contract. But i still feel cheated in some sense. Like they could just let the status stay there while I wait for my contract, why change the status?? Hopefully they dont do this to any other students. Its like false hope?
