I also thought at first that computer and electronics retailers would remain open.
Challenger was closed was shocking since they repair and sale IT
related items were shut.

That leave only place SLS but SLS most shops except repair shops
are closed. Some DIY shop still open but cannot go in, either place
order online or give them a call.

During this one month would be tough if PC or notebook fail
than......
Cannot buy parts or replace the PC/NB.

How long the cable you need, has some spare one.
I think there are not open. If lucky enough, you may find one in those bigger NTUC outlet. Otherwise has to buy online.
