Hi all, is anyone taking ISYS 2059 Business Computing 1?

Really need some advice for it

1) is the textbook needed for the course?

2) do i need to have microsoft Excel and Access on my computer for the course?

3) If i need the above mentioned programs, does the school have a IT helpdesk where they can install the programs for free or must I pay for the subscriotion myself?
