"Enclosed are 2 copies of the indemnity forms (for participant of age 21 andABOVE/BELOW the age of 21). Fill in either the page for participant age 21 and aboveOR participant age 21 and below, whichever is applicable. Please bring along the completed, signed form on FOD and submit to the SRC during registration"

Also, I didnt do the online registration, can I still go ?

I'm not sure about it leh cos you didn't register online.
