PBF same with u. That means we have 2 classes the same including econs
You guys managed to download any Math notes?
Previously managed to download my Econs notes.
But after the recent maintainence, can't even open the page that displays the links to download notes.. I tried to go back to Econs to see is it just the Math/Stat got problem.. But it doesn't work now either. :/
Don't even know Math/Stat got notes not. Its just forever "loading" with that irritating little sign on the top right.. How??
You guys managed to get through?

*Update*
Now can.. The portal functions are warped...

No thanks... How do we see the cca's ah? I know SIMs site has like the various ccas but not all mention when it starts, how to sign up or where..
Still considering.. Joining CCAs not as important as they were in Secondary school. Haha. Maybe halfway lose interest.

Could someone please answer a question I have? Thanks for your time!

When the economy is producing 70 units of y, there will be inefficiency. True or false? Explain.

How do I figure which constraint to add 70 to and solve for x? I can't rely on my sketch because it is always out of scale.

hi. im no expert (just get back result, 54 marks). but if it is producing 70 units of Y, the economy WILL BE efficient if it produces (u say 60 units) of x.

when Y = 70, it is at the labour constraint, becus ur new PPF is the inner PPF (combination of K and L)

yes i am .
hi there classmate :s13:

hi:) download the pdf file from dropbox and join the google grp. both links can be found when he asked us to take down, or photo it to our phone. For the pdf file, identify which are the NCA,CA,NCL,CL and E for the 12 companies if some you nvr come across do not put inside. Means at the end should have 12 incomplete balanced sheets

By the way, I think Daniel Tan's way of teaching is unique(good)
1. No need to prepare notes- print ppt/handouts..
2. Lots of interaction with the class
3. For the 1st lesson squeeze a 3h lecture into 1-side of a blank A4 size paper
4. Manage his time well, sometimes have short stories
5. Speaks fast.
6. Arrange the position where you are sitting.

he's DAM good. he explains everything so simplified u will be wondering "wa why so easy one?" of cos it's different when it comes to doing the questions, and it's tough to apply his "common sense" into it. but once u get it, u get it. Once u dun get it, try to get it.

1) ya he always print for his students
2) good in a way
3) his first lesson is VERY VERY important. can easily earn u like 10m in exams wif the format he give. And it really helps ALOT for those first time doing accounting (me for instance)
4) manage his time very well
5) ya some ppl have complains that he speaks too fast, but just recap wad he do everytime and try to understand and follow and u'll be doing fine
6) this one funny. but he allows u to sit wif yr frens etc. He just wants u to sit permanently there for the rest of the year lol

The point which your red lines intersect (x 60, y 70) are on the PPF. This means that the economy is producing efficiently
