Thank you for completing the registration procedure.
Your study materials (subject guides, textbooks, CD Roms, for example) will be sent to you as soon as possible, subject to availability. We endeavour always to have such materials ready to despatch before your course formally commences. A considerable amount of material is also made available to you via your Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)/Portal, usually in advance of the printed version being ready.
We aim to send all your materials to you in one delivery, but where this is not possible we will send what we can and further items as and when we receive them. In each consignment we send you will find a comprehensive packing list that shows the contents and also, if applicable, items that will follow.
Your study pack will be sent to you at your chosen delivery address from one of our warehouses, either by courier or by post. You will be informed, by email, each and every time we send a consignment. The email will tell you when and how it was despatched and if it is a courier shipment will include a link, allowing you to track its progress.
When you do receive the shipment, please check that the materials enclosed correspond to the packing list. If there are any discrepancies or you have any other concerns about the consignment, please report the matter to us via the “ask a question” tab on the Student Portal and we will take the necessary action.

Access to the Portal
Access to International Programmes Online Resources
As a registered student, you will be able to access your International Programme online resources by logging into the Portal. The Portal allows you to access all of the following through a secure website:
• Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
• Most Online Library databases
• University of London email account
• General resources
To access all of these resources please go to:

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after you have fully registered and paid for access to the Virtual Learning Environment to be made available.
You will need to log in with the Username and Password you used to complete the online enrolment/registration process. If you completed the registration process via a paper form, you will be sent details of your Portal Username and Password in a separate email in the near future.
Please note: Your password is case sensitive and you should ensure that there are no spaces before or after it.
