My mum doesn't use her phone in the mrt, also using wifi at home
so how is simba network reception in the open?

I just got my Eight $5 plan. The process is simple and hassle free. Some bigger telco will need to go to the shop face to face register. Senior already, walking also inconvenient now.

To be honest, eight 4G $8 to Simba 4G/5G $5 is an upgrade, not downgrade.

Have used eight 4G and Simba 4G/5G NSA before. Tried eight 4G for a few months and i find myself with frequent no network or emergency calls only, i don't experience these type of issues of Simba.

On eight, you get the lowest priority on Starhub weak and congested 4G network.
On Simba, you get the same priority on Simba's own network.

I using Simba with Xiaomi phone. Hotspot with my phone to iPad is seamless leh. Worth it for the cost/month

Not to mention, Simba will, from time to time, offer those too up $20 and get extra $20 credit free offer. So Simba $10/m became $5/m plan. Simba $5/m Simba plan became $2.5/m plan.

Hotspot has nothing to do with the telco. It's your phone.

I created hotspots with SIMBA multiple times. Don't see any difficulties?

As highlighted by many, SIMBA connection is not the best in mrt.

For eight, I have never use their connection and cant comment.
