Subscribed at 10am on 25th Apr via online, collect SIM card at about 6.30pm. Select SingTel as port out telco as CMLink is not availablez

at 0000hrs on 26th Apr, CMLink cut off.

At 0100hrs, email received and restarts iPhone 13 Pro SIM card and service is ready.

latency definitely CMLink (SingTel network) is slightly better.

TPG speed in Bukit Merah area about 120mbps down, 4mbps up. Latency about 21ms plus 11ms jitter.

quita ok consider $10

Does anyone know how to enable VoLTE on Pixel 6 for TPG?
I got my phone today but unable to make any call without the TPG 4G Voice App. Googling only shows some results to root the phone and enable VoLTE, but I don't want to root my phone.
Anybody facing similar issue?

Anyone knows for TPG is it as long as phone is not in the supported list confirm cannot use VoLTE without their app?

New helper is using a Vivo Y12S which is not in the list, thinking to get TPG SIM for her.

SIMBA doesn't use whitelist. It's possible that software update let the devices support SIMBA VoLTE.

Get her a Xiaomi / Redmi / Poco, chances of SIMBA VoLTE operating is much higher. (Use the code if need to)

Hi everyone, new to this forum, may I know, if I'm currently using TPG 130GB plan, possible to port over to other telco? Like Singtel, StarHub, etc? From what I know, TPG is a prepaid plan. Many telco do not accept port in if is a prepaid plan. So for my case I was not able to port in to other telco? Appreciate for your answer.

TPG/SIMBA 80GB SIM Only Plan (80+50GB Promo) is a Postpaid plan.
Can port to other Postpaid plans.

The only Prepaid Plan TPG/SIMBA have is the TPG/SIMBA Prepaid Plan.

Then, SIMBA uses which telco network in Singapore? SingTel M1 or StarHub?

Simba (TPG), like SingTel StarHub M1, have its own network infrastructure. Simba is called MNO or Mobile Network Operator.

Those like Circle Life, MyRepublic, Changi Mobile , CMLink, Zero1, ZYM, Vivifi, Redone, are known as MVNO or Mobile Virtual Network Operator. They do not have their own network infrastructure and they lease from ST SH M1.

Yesterday went from Tiong Bahru to Yishun back to Jurong East and then Tiong Bahru. Underground generally no issue.

speed is not the fastest but can use in general no major issue.
