Did you use app to manually key in the number on the sim card?

My frd just got the senior plan from letterbox, no problem with activation
I click on app, link doesn't work, so I followed the pamphlet instructions went to website. After sharing my info data when prompted on number, then nothing happens.

IMHO.
Guess you have to wait for online support.
Meanwhile, try any possible variation like putting on another phone, etc. Their online support may ask you to do many things.
I'll just go to store

The default APN is internet.
Will this work overseas roaming?
I read that can change APN to TPG but nowhere in the Simba website document the change.

Not that I know of. I think anyone is fine, as long as it is in the list.

Just take note that there are 2 lists (one for seniors plan & one for their other plans). Make sure the one you are going can do the plan you signed up for.

walk-in to canberra plaza service centre and everything was done in a minute. they don't seem surprise that online cannot activate the sim card.

I tried on both safari on iPhone and also on. Chrome on Android phone, both seems like no respose but if u wait long enough, it will show you a "number invalid" error msg.

Sigh...immature Telco

After migrating everything to simba.sg, functionalities keep breaking.

It's clear that they didn't even check if things were fully working before rerouting absolutely everything from tpgmobile.sg to simba.sg

novus.tpgmobile.sg (account portal) was broken until they change back to novus.tpgtelecom.com.sg.

They seriously need some reflection to do.

Best bet. I apply for the SuperRoam also go store apply. I feel it is fail safe. :ROFLMAO:

Ya! SIMBA has a service centre at PLQ! It is just a 2 bus-stops away from my house!

So, I also dropped by and all were settled in less than 2 minutes after passing my IC to the counter chiobu! :giggle:

Oh! Me no problem coz I opted for collection.

1100am: I ordered online at home.
1130am: I reached the service counter at PLQ.
1135am: My new SIMBA line was activated on the spot and can used it straightaway.
