Anybody here got more than 1 tpg sim and the other tpg sim was gotten later?

I have 2 trial lines, however I’ve only gotten 1 message to sign up and the sms was sent to the 1st line. Does it mean the 2nd line will still be on free trial after 30 May?

Thought 1 line per email ? So 2nd line likely different email.

Yes, email is for specific phone number only. Think their system/programe did not take care of what if another line using the same email address.

Am I correct that no port in is allowed to transfer my existing circles life number to TPG ?
I tried at the FAQ but seems no one is asking.

You have to signup for a new TPG line to do port in request in the application. Then collect the new line and wait for porting in.

Cannot do port in or change of number when your service is active.

TPG don't have hotline and don't reply to email.. if sign up already, next time want to cancel then they don't respond so they keep charging us? :s22:

Those who gotten trial sim cards at different periods.

I wanted to know is it ALL TRIALS will end 30 May. Then this is what they replied:
expiry date of the service trial depend on the activation date of the sim card.

So ar, I interpret it as the very 1st batch who got the trial sim card(s) in Jan 2019, expiry confirmed 30 May. The sim card you got later one is still free after 30 May. if you never receive sms/email, it is still free.

Their response and support is horrendous. Emailed them about accessing my 2 accounts issue since last week and until now not a ******* reply.

TPG is.... For non essential purpose.... Like a spare data plan for watching streaming videos....
