I subscribed to SIMBA using esim, but having a problem that is not able to make voice calls to any number. The esim is activated using QR code on my iPhone XR which supports voLTE and added APN TPG to mobile data settings. Can anyone help?

Because u need to turn on VoLTE under your settings/mobile data/voice and data/VolTE, turn it on

I think some are uncertain ie you doing live streaming or you watching live streaming - I think it is the former you are referring to.

Call through SIMBA Voice app. Once you setup to enable caller number non display, every call made to local numbers will be private number

Hi, I am just using SIMBA. May someone share with me or if you have experience while in Belgium, Germany, and Netherlands is using SIMBA voice is working? Via wifi?(if I not enable 4G or 5G)

I have problem in call in(nobody able to call me) but I able to call out.

just curious is happen to me only?

I am in Germany and the Voice App works fine, at least I am getting all the scam calls in the middle of the night here... ;-)
It also connects to the roaming network fine. Just a few times it tells me that there is no network to connect to and all roaming networks in a manual search say "Forbidden" but if you manually select any of their two roaming partners it will eventually connect back within a few minutes. I would love to see a Tech Blog from SIMBA on how this Orange Roaming actually technically works, as the SIMBA roaming contract is with Orange in most countries outside Asia, like an intermediate between the network you roam on and SIMBA.

In your case it could be that you have to take the SIMBA Voice App of the Android Battery Management in your phone settings, so it runs normally and can contact the SIMBA server that it is still available for incoming calls.

Exactly, that why I post here hope someone had same as me? I fully wifi mode but voice app seem not fully work. As my friend tried to call me. It doesn’t able to reach me

LOL, the official website FAQ clearly mentioned:
You can enjoy FREE unlimited outgoing calls to Singapore Mobile numbers, FREE incoming calls and FREE incoming SMS with the SIMBA voice app in all 124 destinations.
Please add +65 if you are making calls to Singapore while roaming.

I just signed up online with my SingPass and paid $10. They send me a QR code to scan esim
I scanned it but cannot activate. Now still showing pending activation

Thanks tips. I was thinking the same. But can you imaging in Netherlands I tried more than 20 wifi. Also not working on incoming call. And Germany the same. But why outgoing call is fine.but incoming is not working.
