I have a prepaid number that I want to port over to Simba, any issue? On the web site, they always advertise post paid. So, want to find out if prepaid, can it be done over the counter. Thank you.

can be done, prepaid to postpaid directly. But you can't sign up online, you have to go to their customer service centre. My colleague few weeks ago did it, prepaid to postpaid within a day, have to be done manually.

Hi all, I'm on Simba's $10/mth for 100GB/mth SIM Only plan (not sure if this is pre or post paid). Here's a scenario:

My plan renews on 1st of every month. If I used up all 100GB before renewal is up (say used up on 14th)

1. Do they allow early renewal?
2. If they don't allow early renewal and there's still balance in my account, how do they charge for data beyond the 100GB?
3. If I can't do early renewal, does that mean I cannot use data even though there's balance in my account?

Thanks.

Your prepaid is under which telco/MVNO?

Do you know your colleague's prepaid is under which telco/MVNO?

I'm not sure about you all! SIMBA coverage seems to be improving fast in my house area!

My the other phone which is running SIMBA too, used to get "No signal" sound alert quite constantly in my house and bedroom.

However, since 2 weeks ago or so. I have not been hearing the "no signal" sound alert!

1. Nope
2. Beyond 100GB they will deduct $1/GB
3. Have credits in your balance and it will deduct from there at $1/GB

(Edit: replied wrong person)

Thanks because SIMBA still does not allow porting over from SIMBA prepaid to SIMBA postpaid.
