May I know what is the process to give feedback on line/signal quality in my area? I don't have good signal quality and the website loading speed is very very slow.

Is there an email address or number to call or app to use for feedback?

You can try either via FB messenger (Simba Telecom) or email to them at ..... support@simba.sg

Was in Malaysia today at usual place like city square and ksl. Encountered roaming randomly no connection or it just kept loading. It was connected to celcom. Tried both auto and manual select to celcom but still encounter the issue quite frequently. I’m using SIMBA Esim, not sure if it matters.

I bought data Esim from shopee for my wife. 1 day 2GB (unlimited at slow speed thereafter) at S$3.49 and the connection works flawlessly. Data connection set to auto and it connects to Maxis network.

I’m using iPhone 14pm and my wife on iPhone 13pm
IIRC should only connect to TPG other network. Next time try add APN Name TPG APN TPG. Worked for me in Hong Kong Macau when no internet at first due to autoconnect to some orange network.

APN already set to TPG and my case is able to connect but randomly will show no connection or website kept loading. Note that my phone are still connected to celcom as shown from phone when these issues happen

Hi simba bros. I now in JB. If I need to call within JB must use simba voice app and I call direct.

Life is v short. Ai song song kao tuas & Changi.

If to SG & network support VoLTE then just dial direct but put +65.
....if network doesn't support VoLTE then use SIMBA app but put +65

If to MY's number, VoLTE supported, just dial direct, put +60 in front for in case.
... VoLTE not supported then use app, +60 in case

Why not? Using 14 Pro and I’m using 2 esims
If not wrong iPhone 12 and below only support max 1 physical sim + 1 Esim. Cannot support 2 active Esim.
Only iPhone 13 and above can support 2x active Esim or 1 physical sim + 1 Esim.

From Apple:

Use Dual SIM on iPhone

You can use Dual SIM with the following:

  • iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone SE (3rd generation), and iPhone 14 (purchased outside the U.S.); these models can use one physical SIM and one eSIM.
  • iPhone 13, iPhone SE (3rd generation), and later; these models can use two eSIMs.

Yes, this was what I was refencing to earlier.
Active only either x1 Phyiscal + x1 eSIM or x2 eSIM

If its a SIM profile, I recall coming across somewhere that shared that maximum of 10 eSIM profile can be added on iPhone.
Not sure about Android aka Samsung (since its the only main eSIM supporting brand).

Ya. Iphone 12 cannot support 2 active e sim, but can store a lot of esim profile.
