U already answer yourself. “Working” day
Yeah, I know what are working days, but I've also heard of Telcos porting on weekends, so I want to seek advice from anyone who knows. Anyway, I have gone ahead with it. I'll know then.

They might surprise you by completing the job during the weekend, but officially they're giving you the time line of 2 working days.

Thanks, I've went ahead accepting the risk that I might pay an additional month for my current provider if the port in happens after my next billing.

I see that SIMBA says 2 working days for port in. Do they include weekends being a working day? Asking because my Gomo renews on 21st aug, so not sure if I can make it in time to pay 1 month less. Will be opting for Simba E-sim.

You also need to take note of GOMO port out terms and conditions.

15. Termination/ Port-out Service
i. Termination of the GOMO Mobile Plan via 24/7 chat agents, GOMO mobile app, GOMO Website or port-out process must be started at least 3 days before the next scheduled recurring payment date. In the event the Customer initiates a termination of the GOMO Mobile Plan less than 3 days before the next scheduled recurring payment date, the Customer will be charged for the next recurring payment.
ii. GOMO Mobile Plans that have been successfully terminated, cannot be reinstated for any reason.

Yes.
So that is what I am doing now.

I top up my parents card once every 6 months with $50at the shop.

They will slowly draw down per month.
I chionged multiple 20s during the recent national day and netting additional $5 of credit per purchase.

To update: submitted my application and paid for esim plan on 18th around 3pm, activated the esim with the email. Gomo plan got cut at 11.15pm, and simba esim activated at 1.30am on 19th Aug. All good, hope I don't get charged by gomo since I cancelled on 18th and my plan renewal is 21st.

Download speed at my home is 50mbps with 10mbps upload speed.

Has SIMBA connection been really bad for anyone else recently? I don't mean slow, the connection straight up drops every few seconds to the point where it's unusable for calls. Started happening around the same time I switched to the S22u so not sure if it's because of the phone.

iphone user here. Felt like SIMBA has become worse than M1 in recent weeks.
Random times of the day can totally lose internet connectivity with full bars.
Even after airplane mode still cannot load anything.
