just minority reports. I don't experience any, so do my friend and colleagues who are on simba.

Everyone daily commute and work place is different, none are the same. To be fair, i heard complaints from my friends who is on simba, their workplace simba network is not good. So well, simba does not work out well for them. They are welcome to either feedback to Simba to improve their network or port out to other operators. There are so many choices out there that are similarly priced.

Don't worry. It doesn't work out well for them, doesn't mean it doesn't work out well for everyone. Remember to silent majority.

One should not have the expectation that Simba will do anything to areas with no or weak network signal.

I feedback to Simba about an area with no network signal but there is still no change or improvement after more than 1 year.

For areas that is critical to people to have network signal, you may want to consider other telcos or MNVOs if Simba is not suitable.

Simba network coverage is lower then other telco. That's why the 100GB $10 is no longer worth it as other telcos have similar package. But if one still hang on to SIMBA. Then it's all about your choices.

You will receive email & sms notice that you need to top up your card by X date, past that the plan will be terminated with no way to retrieve back the number. In the notice period, the plan won't be active and only SMS can be received.

Auto deduction via credit card happens only if you have paid via credit card before. If you top up by other means (eg. Paynow/ vendor top up) its not possible auto deduct fresh funds. FYI from what I heard, once you set up credit card payment, its not possible to stop the recurring transactions until you terminate the plan.

I had landline numbers calling me when I was with SIMBA. The calls were fine with no issues

Scam calls happen to any numbers any telco. Only Recently I see more arrests on scammers by government. Why???. In the past years the scammers numbers has multiply because it's easy money to them.

Recently saw a lot of rants on date of billing, cycle. My 2 cent.. What is the different when u pay earlier by one week, later by one week? End of the day still got to pay. And furthermore all written on the TC.
