Sometimes can receive ok some cannot. How can it be set wrongly?
idk. maybe simba might have made some changes backend.

I remember almost half a year ago, I experienced super laggy network, crypto app, mcdonalds app, foodpanda all very slow, but loading websites and videos was very fast. Till i very pekcek and asked simba customer service.

Then they advise to delete the apn, and re set-up apn. It works well afterwards. Not sure if it's the same issue happening. Maybe can trial and error. Re configure message centre.

The below link shows all the spectrums held by Telcos in SG.
https://www.spectrum-tracker.com/Singapore

Simba's n1, 2100mhz (ex-3G spectrum) can never beat the n78, 3500Mhz used by the big 3. Their capacity is just 1/10th of what others have under n78.

There is plenty of unallocated n78 bandwidth. The n40 band can also be used for 5G and the bulk of that is also unallocated, therefore, with or without 3G spectrums, there is enough unallocated capacity for 5G. The problem is, even if they auction new ones, it does not guarantee the party who is most in need of them will get them because in an auction, it goes to the highest bidder.
The current holding of the spectrum for Simba very sad. Haha. Continue to support them with my monthly $10, hope have more fund for next auction. 😂

Same here.
Most of the clowns expects SIMBA to match with big 3 telcos, which is like expecting a poor kid to compete with a kid from a weatlhy family without fundings/education to level the playing field. :ROFLMAO:

SIMBA to me is like IKEA. Very cheap but not everything is auto set for you to use out of the box e.g APN need to set manually to use hotspot on iPhone. Just like you need to DIY assemble furniture. Generally running on overall lower quality network, slower capped speed, bandwidth spectrum, spotty inconsistent coverage etc just like the lower quality materials used on IKEA furnitures. Very disposable also.

It's not even a "can throw money to solve" problem, ultimately goes to how IMDA wants to allocate spectrum lor. If got more FRORs, then :|

Err... conference calls?
WFH is not compulsory nowadays .. unless they are outside. I use proper webex and jabber headset in office for meetings or physical meetings.

I do know a friend not working likes to talk chatter on phone > 1 hr happens
