Changing of plans cannot use wallet balance. Only debit / credit cards.. I changed few times already. CONFIRMED.For plan upgrade/change, are you able to use your account balance (more than sufficient) instead? Because i only get the “debit/credit” option despite trying different devices and browsers thanks
Your old plan regardless of how many days left, will be forfeited. Your new plan will start immediately. For changing of plans "upgrade" how does the billing cycle work? On the day you press or they will just finish your "old" plan 30 days before starting the new "upgrade" plan cycle?
And you get a new "billing cycle" based on the day you change your plan ?Your old plan regardless of how many days left, will be forfeited. Your new plan will start immediately.
To reduced wastage of your old plan, please change plan 5 days before your old plan expired. This is because SIMBA usually deduct wour wallet or credit card 4 days before plan expired.
I had no issues for my past few trips. Was using s24u then switch to P9PXL. Did not change any settings. Only one of the trip i selected rakuten network to use 5g. The rest was autocan someone help me?
im currently travelling in japan and Simba is totally useless. i dont have internet have the time even though my signal is LTE full bar. even when i do have the internet is super slow like ADSL speeds
the KDDI and au networks seem to be really lousy. forget about using the internet while on the go in trains, but even in the Shibya area the network is so slow as to be borderline unusable.
any settings i need to do to improve the situation? or is Simba just hopeless in Japan? am seriously thinking of just getting one of the local overpriced esim because its so difficult to travel without a reliable internet connection
Yes, start afresh 30 daysAnd you get a new "billing cycle" based on the day you change your plan ?
nope. you have to request for a new eSIM from simba. You might need to head down to their service centre to do so.Anyone knows if SIMBA esim can be transferred from an older iPhone to new iPhone?
Yup, got to get a new one from their service center. They've a few outlets other than Orchard Central and Kaki Bukit for that.Anyone knows if SIMBA esim can be transferred from an older iPhone to new iPhone?
