Thanks I saw this, so I am assuming it is going to be $3/GB (ontop of existing free 1GB per month) for each of the following supported countries ONLY:

India (Jio)*
Indonesia (Smartfren)*
Japan (KDDI)*
Malaysia (Celcom)
Philippines (Smart)
Thailand (DTAC)*
Taiwan (APTG)

Yes, I think there's no roaming agreements for countries and networks outside of these.

Also $3/GB is deductable through the Stored Wallet, not through the usual recurring credit/debit card charges ($10 50GB / $5 SGD plans).

You signed up for the service, should have read the Critical Information Summary. The tunnel services is still Work In Progress, only cover all the road tunnels and NEL & TEL train tunnels so far. NSL/EWL/CCL/DTL still needs time, they're expecting it to be done by 2H21.

I was surprised when Whatsapp worked on my iPhone 7 while I was at the Outram NSL platform the other day.

Kept my phone once my earlier train went underground, but it sounded when a message followed by a call got in. Looking forward to more surprises. :s13:

previously on my iphone, i can't hotspot it

Previously free trial sim cannot hotspot too. Not sure if the paid $10 one can or not. If cannot, it really sucks becos they are technically the only telco that does not allow hotspot similar to what bolehland telcos do for some of their cheap plans.

Never set the APN settings for Tethering and portable hotspot as TPG...

Hotspot is allowed. If you using iphone the hotspot apn must be enter. By default (last use) it empty and this cause hotspot not been able to activated on the phone.

the new android app by TPG is fine, can check the usages. But it is abit annoying get logged out every time you quit the app. You have to sign in again and wait for OTP.
